Výhody: "The whole business class experience"
Nevýhody: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ469, I occupied seat 12 A (mono, aisle-window): A lot of plastic curved walls etc. For larger persons, the result is not quit comfortable."

We was seated in 61A and 61C, seems like in the previous flight a dog was sitting there or some kind of animal that left fleas in the sit."
Nevýhody: "Please clean better the seats. This is unacceptable, not a good way to start a trip in Japan. We only hope to get better sitting in our last flight with SQ, from Japan to LA."

Nevýhody: "They did not give us the landing cards and we had to fill them in at the airport. Many were like us and I am surprised. Also for business class passengers they don't get into a priority lane as you see in Emirates and other airlines. while Singapore airline is very good, they still lack in the details."

Výhody: "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

Výhody: "I had a fast and easy check-in at Denpasar airport. In flight service by cabin crew was very good, as I normally get in the business class at Emirates. Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"
Nevýhody: "In the past on overnight flights Emirates I have received a pyjama set in the Business Class, which made it very comfortable to sleep. But this time this was not given, so I had to sleep in my day-wear, which was a bit uncomformtable."

The Emirates plane was less than standard in economy class and we weren’t even offered water for the entire time we waited. The customer service was terrible and we weren’t even able to retrieve our carry on bags that we were forced to check (not due to the size). This was by far the worst first time experience I’ve had and will not be flying Emirates again."

It was frustrating but atleast the airline ensured that it was delivered in one piece to our home addresses. Give them a plus for that"

Nevýhody: "The boarding gate space was quite small and there was no separate queue for business. So you literally had to push through people who were already in the queue to board as a business class. There was no space to go around."

Nevýhody: "My Parent were traveling and My father recently suffered a heart attack. There was too much turbulence on the flight, so much that the crew members were terrified. It was very unsettling and unpleasant."

Nevýhody: "The seats in economy and the flight, in general, are on par with the average airline—nothing special. Also, unless you're into Bollywood movies, the entertainment selection is sparse compared to other international flights. And the touch screen is in need of re-calibration."

Výhody: "For starters, the seats were decently comfortable. They were wide, and offered generous legroom. The food was good: an unbelievable improvement from the previous flight (I recommend the chicken). The ICE system was impeccable. It had a wide selection of movies, TV shows, and games as well as access to the news. However, the flight's greatest perk my have been the compassionate crew. They were very helpful and friendly. They offered many accommodations, like a pizza and photo, all for free. Overall, the flight went very well."
Nevýhody: "Although I enjoyed the flight, the only bad part was the boarding process. To start off, the departure in Milan was delayed for about 45 minutes. Also, when boarding finally began, the line was extremely long and moved very slowly. That was the only event that marred the flight to JFK."

Nevýhody: "The food, well I rarely eat on a plane, but some times its a bit better than the others. Vegan options could be good option as i don usually trust meat or fish on a plane! The touch screen doesn't feel the "touch" lots of times"

During the flight from Dubai -Chicago, hot beverages were served 1.5 hours after the food was served. Crew was not friendly at all. During the Chicago-Dubai flight a crew member basically yelled at passengers "open the windows" and I had to tell him to "ask nicely please). Emirates comes nowhere close to Singapore, Thai, or Turkish in terms of service."
Výhody: "Flight was delayed for 24 hours and when it got to Dubai we were told the flight is full to Beirut and will have to wait till the next day. Very bad experience!!'"
Výhody: "Customer service, food was good. Even though the flight was long, the crew did the best that they could to make it comfortable. They were generous with drinks, made sure we were comfortable. Will definitely do it again."
Nevýhody: "Lost channels at times. the electonic system can be finicky at times, doesn't respond to touch right away. One of my suitcases came torn on a part close to the zipper, not sure if someone was trying to cut it. Looks very suspicious but nothing is missing."
Výhody: "The crew, overall were very alloof and disengaged. Rarely did we hear "your welcome" after saying thank you. We were made to feel as if we were interrupting their real work."
Nevýhody: "The crew needs to remember that how consumers feel is almost as important as price. There are other choices that for air travel. It's costs nothing to smile, or to say your welcome."
Výhody: "My wife and I were given a free Upgrade to Business Class on the first leg of our journey to Dubai. The airline follows a system whereby it upgrades, higher paying economy class passengers, if the flight is overbooked in the economy class. I love to travel Emirates because of top quality service by their ground staff and in flight crew.."

Výhody: "Finally the staggered deboarding. It feels like COVID has actually disciplined us passengers this time and kept us from behaving like unruly cattle once the plane halts."
Nevýhody: "Initial confusion at boarding with paperwork and onward passage through Athens,GREECE. Once again the airport teams reached out to my colleagues and I ahead of time and managed to resolve to satisfaction. Perhaps reservation team can trigger a call to the passengers while they are still at home asking for the documentation validation electronically over a secured database.... just a thought. Again, being a part of the Experience and Innovation team, travel and tourism needs less human interaction, now more than ever. While we digitalized the obvious, the exceptions can remain humanized."

Výhody: "The food was OK, but not really as good as what we had received on other airlines. Example, on one flight I had a fish dish which was overcooked very dry and there was no sauce of any kind to make it palatable. I do not like to throw food away but half way into the meal I had enough. Other than that Qatar Airlines was really first class. The flight attendants were the best we have ever experienced. Their dress was immaculate, they were very friendly and attentive and were there to make the flight as comfortable as possible plus cater to all requests."
Nevýhody: "The food which was generally very bland and without any taste. Sauces with some of the dishes would be helpful."

Výhody: "Fabulous service from start to finish Excellent cabin, spacious & impeccably clean Super choice of food and drinks We travelled in the business cabin which I have to say, rivals many so-called 'First Class' products. The crew were courteous, addressing us by name and nothing was too much trouble."
Nevýhody: "Boarding at Bali Airport is chaotic. This can hardly be attributed to Qatar Airways but this needs to be sorted out. When boarding began, it started with "Group 1" rather than business and other priority customers. It ended up rather chaotic with boarding halted at the end of the escalator causing a very uncomfortable situation as people struggled to get off the escalator."

Also, it took over 30 minutes upon multiple requests for the attendant to acknowledge my need for assistance."
Výhody: "My husband and I recently traveled from New York to Bali Indonesia for our honeymoon. We were upgraded to Business for all four of our flight segments. The flight attendants were incredibly friendly and courteous and were actually surprised when we only ordered one drink and one meal at a time! The food was phenomenal, especially for an aircraft meal, and no matter what I was in the mood for, they had it."
Nevýhody: "Boarding in New York was not organized. Those traveling with small children or needing assistance were not boarded first, nor were Business and Economy boarding from separate jetways."
Nevýhody: "They announced everything in English and Arabic and repeated the same announcement multiple times. The entertainment is good but frustrating that it is constantly interrupted with announcement about everything. I have never heard that many on any other plane. The announcement about customs paperwork was long and done 2 times in English and 2 times in Arabic. There safety video is soooo long and again is done in two languages. It was just all too much. Besides that everything was great."
Nevýhody: "The customer service is terrible. They refused to accommodate me for a 19 hour layover with a complimentary airport hotel stay, claiming there was an earlier flight--that was still 12 hours away, that I would have to pay to book anyway. Pure scam to get you to pay to upgrade your flight, pay for hotel or be condemned to stay in there airport for a whole day. Never ever again! Don't fly them!"

Nevýhody: "We sat on tarmac for 3 hours with no explanation from the crew or cockpit. Because of the delay, everyone missed their connections in Doha. The crews could have jet a couple of the flights a little longer for people to make their flights. The desk was filled with people and was very chaotic. There were so many people working there but no one could give you a straight answer so it was very confusing. I had to wait at the airport for 4 hours to get it sorted and was given a food voucher for $50 for the entire stop over. I asked about a flight voucher and they laughed and said they didn't do that even though they were the ones at fault. The crew was nice and the food was good but I will never fly quatar airways unless they remedy the situation."

Although I was able to get the stamp, this is frustrating as my name should have been listed (Sara) which is what I provided in my online profile when purchasing the tickets or the person at the Qatar desk should have realized this when providing me my boarding pass."

Nevýhody: "This flight was pure misery. In the Istanbul airport flight gates are not announced until an hour before your fight. This would be fine if Turkish Airlines would also allow us access to our flight at that time. The gate had been announced and we had to wait for them to set up a security checkpoint before we could even sit at our gate. This security checkpoint was set up at a point where nearly everyone on the flight was waiting. This caused it to be a huge delay of people concerned about missing their flight. Little did they know that they had nothing to be concerned about because our flight would eventually be delayed two hours. We were eventually loaded onto our plane which apparently was having some technical issues despite just landing in Istanbul. There were people who had rode in on the plane that was eventually deemed unsafe to fly because of an error with the steering mechanism (which we were not even told what was going on until we boarded a second plane). While they determined this we sat on a hot, non air-conditioned plane full of screaming children. I understand why they were screaming and wanted to join in. We eventually had to deboard the plane and wait for them to secure us an alternate plane. They attempted to deliver the plane to the gate, but were unable to steer the first plane away from it, so we had to be transported by bus to the open tarmac. There was no order or organization as to how people were loaded on to either the bus or plane and it was pure and utter choas that delayed our flight even further. The plane we boarded did not have inflight entertainment so we sat on our four hour flight to London left to our own devices. When we arrived in London it was pat the point of public transportation trains running and I had to reroute to a bus. By the time I arrived at my flat it was 4 in the morning. Turkish Airlines has been the most chaotic, unprofessional, disorganized, and inefficient airline I have ever traveled on. My tale will continue with my return flights and how they lost my luggage and it hung out in Istanbul for a few days before being returned to me. I can not stress enough to others to never travel with this airline. The cheaper price is not worth it."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."
