They charge ridiculous amounts of money for everything, so a reasonable fare is really not a good fare at all at the end of the day. I would absolutely NOT recommend this airline to anyone who is from out of country or doesn't travel 20+ times a year as they would not be able to navigate this airline's manipulations to extort extra money out of people."

At one point, there was a delay for 1.5 hrs, but suddenly, the delay changed to just 30 minutes. If I hadn't of had my other app, I would have never known. Secondly, the easyjet app didn't save the fact that I had checked in. This caused an issue when I wanted to access my boarding pass getting onto the plane. I tried to see it, but the app said my plane had taken off and so I couldn't access it and therefore, wasn't sure of my seat number. Next time, I'd just appreciate a paper boarding pass because the issues that occur on the phone are too numerous."

I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"

We endured extreme inconvenience and should be compensated for the same. We had to find a hotel for one night in Milan and one night in Vienna before we could fly to our final destination. We are very disappointed with Easyjet :("

There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

Nevýhody: "I didn't check in, in advance as when logging on to the airline I needed a code. I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

We were then required to check our bags, but not until after we were told to combine our personal item with our large carry on bag & then told that it was too big. instead of crediting us the amount we'd already paid (€20), we were charged the full checked bag fee of €55. The gate agent was also very rude and not proficient at her job, causing us to delay the plane's departure. Exceptional customer service may have included refunding us the large carry on bag fee. Additionally, our 2hr flight cost us almost $200 each, not what I would call a budget airline price. We will not be flying Wizz air again & do not recommend this airline."

After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Staff was incredibly useless and did not assist whatsoever. We had to logon the airport WiFi and watch the video then missed the checkin by 1 minute. This is absolutely unacceptable. We were then directed to another service department for a 55 pound charge each! Which was the same as our original flight. I did not receive any notification email to check in ahead of time. This was a very stressful time for my traveling partner and I and do not feel obliged to be paying the consequences given the circumstances. I am hoping kayak will honor us as loyal customers and reimburse us for these unforseeabke fees. This would be greatly appreciated. I can provide receipt and documentation if needed. Thanks"

When the gate info finally came up it said to report to the gate immediately and then we were supposed to board. Basically you are forced to stand for 3 hours not knowing anything about the flight."

Like I said I know I'm a big guy but you don't have to so loud and rude about it. At least say it with a smile and some kindness... Wow. It was just uncomfortable and not a good feeling. Later when I got to sitting in my new seat, they came through with the convince cart (no free snacks or drinks, you pay for everything.) She nor the other attendent with her asked if we wanted and thing, if we were doing alright, nothing. Thank God it was only a 1.5 hour flight. So glad that experience is over."

To charge a passenger 15 pounds each to print a boarding pass is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone else around us could use their phones as a boarding pass except for the traveling Americans who did not have access to a printer while on vacation is criminal. Lesson learned, I will never fly Ryanair again and will tell every American I know not to be blinded by their discount fare."

Nevýhody: "Terrible experience getting help, unable to print boarding pass and the lady at the front refused to help us. We got there 2 1/2 hours early and she sent us in circles trying to get our passes that we almost missed our flight because of her refusals to help us print the boarding pass."

Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed, crowded in the waiting room"
Nevýhody: "We arrived to our flight 45 minutes before boarding time. Our flight was delayed by 1 hour but they still did not checked in our bags. We had to pay to get another flight the next day and stayed a a hotel nearby. It is really frustrating not being able to board the plane when you are literary watching it."
Výhody: "Quick trip from London to Dublin. Clean, new aircraft. Safe flight from start to finish."
Nevýhody: "No complimentary water!"
Výhody: "Ryan air had a convenient flight time from Gatwick to Dublin - that is the ONLY reason I flew with that airline. I was able to get a last minute reservation, but it came at a high price."
Nevýhody: "Cramped seats and narrow aisles; no complimentary food or beverage provided. Crew seemed harried. Flight was not on schedule."
Výhody: "I paid 45 euros just to check in."
Nevýhody: "90 euros for one bag and check in process"

Nevýhody: "Did not know there was a 45 euro check in fee per person...never was advertised!"
Výhody: "Only thing I liked was the food, and service wasn't too bad"
Nevýhody: "Boarding was a nightmare. They warn you that you need to check yourself in online at least 2 hours before or they will charge you. We got there three hours in advance, tried to check in online but the the page always redirected you to their wifi which they want you to pay for. The only other way around this was to use the other wifi but that means we would have to do download their app. In the end, we nearly missed my flight because of all this and so we ended up checking in there and being charged £90 or $135. What a ripoff."
Výhody: "The flight attendants were very friendly and always smiling."
Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed by more than an hour and we weren't given any notice or information as to why. When we were finally given a gate number to board (barely 30 mins before our scheduled take off) we were directed to a closed gate with no staff or plane and waited there for over half an hour before Ryanair staff arrived. When staff members arrived (after the scheduled departure time) they had no idea what was going on or why there was a delay. I clearly heard one of them say, "I don't know why all these people are here." The lack of information was frustrating and it was unfortunate the staff at the gate had to try to deal with a problem they had absolutely no clue about let alone seem to even care about. I do not plan on flying with Ryanair again because of this horrible customer service experience."

Nevýhody: "Made us wait in line for way too long, No air conditioning on the ground made the plane sweltering."
Výhody: "Cheap flight!"
Nevýhody: "Tried to charge us for everything, including 15 pounds for printing a boarding pass. WiFi was only free for an hour at the airport, flight was delayed by two hours, plane lacked AC and was super cramped and hot. Boarding was also a mess."
Nevýhody: "The crew said there would not be drinks because of anticipated turbulence for the entire flight. There was NO turbulence."
Výhody: "We had been scared by other reviews, but this was not as bad as we'd read. There is no entertainment onboard, no food except for sale, and some luggage restrictions you need to take note of before you check in. Otherwise, quick smooth flight, friendly staff, luggage arrived, so overall fine experience."
Nevýhody: "Do you have a hour!!!!!!!!"
