I was told that if the pilot put on a little heat the others would complain."
Nevýhody: "Food was the worst I've had on a European flight. I ordered special food that had n0 preservatives because of my stomach ailment. I got Molly's special pre packed horrible food all through the flight filled with preservatives and prepackaged. I therefore didn't eat anything. They kept giving me kosher food on top of it . That was worse. I did not order kosher food! So on my entire flight, I ate nothing. The hostess finally found a left over but it was horrible as well. A tiny salad with plain head lettuce, not like the Lufthasa food. This continued into breakfast. Molly food was unhealthy and inedible. I ate one piece of packaged cheese for the entire journey."

It also does not help when the attendants would not want to disturb a sleeping but have no problem allowing us to eat off a tray with our forehead touching the back of the seat in front. This happened to me on the entire journey on Swiss from Miami to Zurich to Cape Town. It is almost a health hazard not being able to move and forget about trying to even use a laptop because when the person in front recline her seat, you have no room to even type (and my laptop was only a 13 inch Mac.) I am a million miler on United and this is one of the most miserable flights that I have taken. I also don't like the fact that we cannot get seat assignments until 23 hours before departure- not even for preferred travelers."

The plane just seemed to get hotter and hotter! This was on all four segments across and back! The local flights seemed to be a bit better, and while not as cool as I personally like, they were acceptable. For clarification I am a premier flyer with star alliance, primarily United, and fly close to 100,000 miles per year. To date I have received NO mileage credit for any Turkish Airline flight!"

I realize this is making money for Delta but the cost is being paid by people being hit in the head with luggage and the crew's unavailability to deal with other issues."

Nevýhody: "The only bad things were those that were totally out of Delta's control: weather delays and absolutely nasty and rude TSA agents who seemed to understand neither the concept of their Pre-Check system (no dedicated lines and no priority) nor the fun of traveling with an infant."
Výhody: "The food was good and the staff was competent and friendly. There was a large choice of inflight entertainment (but the sound was mushy)."
Nevýhody: "Although more comfortable than most, the seats were cramped (for 10 hours). Boarding was delayed 30", but we did not take off for 3 more hours. I really don't know why. It felt like the NYC MTA: poor communications. The boarding process required an avoidable half hour of standing in lines."

A few more reasons why we'll never fly delta again"

Nevýhody: "On this Delta flight operated by Virgin Atlantic one of us was unable to check in or change our seats. You think you are getting Delta but everything must be done through VA. VA bag weights are less than Delta and the seat was incredibly cramped. We both had to sit with our legs bowed to the side as the seat ahead was so close. For nine hours we were cramped and could not sleep due to only be able to squeeze into one position. To get into the seat I put on leg in and then sat on the armrest and then brought my other leg up and then lowered my but into the seat. I am not even 6 feet tall and had this issue. So due to the difficult online check-in and seat selection and to the cramped seats we will never fly Virgin Atlantic again."

The legroom on this flight in coach was incredible. Service was outstanding. Everything was on time. SAS was a great experience.
The flight was delayed and I wasn't able to make my connection. I never got any emails from the airlines or kayak about where I was reebok. I am currently writing from Stockholm Airport. I will hopefully get to Milan later tonight. I also will ask for a refund when this odyssey is over. Ivan Manfredi
Worst airline I’ve ever flown with. My first flight got delayed so I missed my connection. There was no one to help direct where I was supposed to go and how I was supposed to get a new boarding pass. All in all, I missed another flight because of mismanagement. I’ve never spent more time waiting than being on a plane. SAS has accomplished the impossible.
Worst airline ever. It had an hour and a half delay from Miami, therfore I missed my connecting flight from Oslo to Berlin. They rescheduled me to another flight to Copenhagen then Berlin. That plane broke down, so they rescheduled me again from Oslo to Frankfurt to Berlin. There was only 1 clueless crew member at the gate tried to reschedule 50 people, she got no help. Got to Berlin 8 hours late.

The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."

Crew served meal 2.5 hours into 9 hour flight and about an hour after complimentary drink. My can of Coke was well gone when the mediocre dinner arrived and I got an earful for daring to ask for another one. It finally arrived after dinner with the creditcard machine etc. Yes, it was $4.00. I passed. As the coffee service was in full swing."

Nevýhody: "During online check in and through the website, I was informed that I would be able to have one free checked bag. I was never prompted that I would have to pay additional. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was told that I had to pay an additional $75 to check my bag in even though my boarding pass stated I was able to check in one bag. I was then pushed back and forth through the airport to complete this process. I would have liked to be given warning if I had to pay any additional costs."

Very frustrated"
