Výhody: "We needed a seat belt extender and one of the crew members noticed and was so kind in getting that. No embarrassment or drawing attention to the customer. His name? David"

Nevýhody: "I requested a seat with extra legroom due to a medical condition over a month before the flight. I was not granted my request and was in pain for most of the flight."

Výhody: "I paid 60 bucks for an emergency row exit, take get some extra leg room and space so that I would be fresh when I arrived in Munich. However KLM allowed a passenger — who did not pay for the emergency row to sit next to me because he needed the extra space because he was a liarge man, and clearly didn’t fit very well in the economy seats. Thus I I lost all the extra space and actually would of preferred a regular economy seat. that would’ve been more preferential then paying $60 and getting less space than I would’ve had it in a regular economy. I understand the other passengers comfort was important and if that was the case he should’ve paid $60 as well."

Was very cold hit call light fir blanket. No response for 10 min so went to the bs k of plane where the crew was chatting & eating. When I asked about blanket, they didn’t look fir any & said they didn’t have any unopened. Upon leaving big plane, I saw a stack of about 5 packaged blankets in the front. Just rude & lazy older crew. Time for a different job fir them"

Nevýhody: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

So we arrived later about 50 minutes so I had to manage my situation and find my next gate and be on time. And an other thing that I disliked was that I was allowed to have only one baggage which was very unusual for international flight between two countenances. And the crew was not polite enough so she made fun of my Cary-on. In short, I expected more from KLM which is famous for them being "Royal" but not acting as one of them."

Nevýhody: "Our return flight is Milan--CDG--SFO. The transfer time at CDG is 1 hour. The line at CDG is incredibly long. We barely made it. IMPOSSIBLE for tax return. Very bad flight connection experience."

Nevýhody: "The breakfast scone was disgusting but dinner was great!"

Nevýhody: "No luggage and you had 4 hours! And 20 min late. Not good"

Výhody: "FYI this was actually an American Airlines flight (AA 104) not BA. Anyway I love those 777-300ER’s, they are huge with great up to date ambient lighting, excellent, outstanding entertainment , and I had the whole row to myself. I often take this flight when flying home from LHR to JFK. 5 stars!"

Nevýhody: "Boarding - via a bus at LHR T3. Comfort - Cramped “ Club Europe” seat with minimal legroom - same as in economy. Food - disgraceful “tapas” dish of literally one scrap of ham, an equally small piece of cheese and half a scotch egg. Crew - disinterested to the point of surliness. Entertainment - none, this being BA short haul (others can manage it but not BA)"

Výhody: "Short flight, uncrowded Embraer plane, easy check in at City airport and easy arrival at Prague."
Nevýhody: "Late departure due to “late arrival of inbound aircraft” - which seems to be the norm."

Nevýhody: "finding the gate only 30 minutes before eprture in long walk for 76year old man glass of soda for $3.50"

Nevýhody: "Have to pay for everything even soda and snacks"

Nevýhody: "Never took the flight because BA would not rebook me on a later flight after delays on their side caused me to miss my original flight, even though there were seats available on the later flight. This cost me a lot of time and money, but BA made out like bandits -- selling my original seat, and then selling out the next flight (because the delay!). Nice rip-off."

Výhody: "Good food great service"

Nevýhody: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

Výhody: "Quick flight, good service."
Nevýhody: "No complaints about BA here! Only thing is that there was a group of rowdy young men who were very loud the entire flight, and I'd wished the flight attendants would have asked them to quiet down. But I really don't know if that's appropriate/part of their duties!"

Nevýhody: "No free food even though international flight. Plane delayed on Tarmac. Luggage was left in London and did not make it to Prague until next day."

Nevýhody: "Forced to check carry on bag upon checking into gate despite being among first to arrive and having proper size. Then saw many with larger bags enter after us. There was room in the overhead bins. Frustrated that no reason was provided for mandatory checking of baggage, especially when having alliance priority status."

Nevýhody: "Missed planned event"

Výhody: "The crew was outstanding."

Výhody: "staff very considerate, decent food with several snacks in-between, would fly them again readily"

Výhody: "The drinks were great, however the food specifically the salmon meal (Great Britain breakfast) seemed to be missing something. The stewardess mentioned my partner to have the chicken as there was only a portion of the meal. But, I paid £24 for the meal. Although, the vegan and veggie meals were great!"
Nevýhody: "Next time I will pay more attention to the two row seating and pay for seats in that area of the plane. Other than that, good service."

Nevýhody: "too slow service, it took almost to landing to get offered drinks and sale, crew weren't very efficient."

Výhody: "I made it finally to Prague."
Nevýhody: "British Airways did not have a plane available in timely manner. They were jerking us around with the departure time. They changed the departure time over 6x. The range was zero to 3 hours late. Finally, we departed about 80 minutes late. The blame was on weather but I did not believe them. I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

Výhody: "The chicken and cheese risotto meal was excellent. One of our flight attendants, Sharon, stood out from the others with her service and friendliness, however all crew was good. Airbus A380 was the smoothest flight I've ever been on."
Nevýhody: "The pepperoni pizza wrap snack was not good."

Nevýhody: "got to the check-i counter and didn;t realize my ticket didn't include a checked bag. Was charged 65 pounds.---a bit high in my opinion. The disclosure was not at all prominent. Was surprised and disappointed at the price. Also, was never served water during the overnight flight. Am accustomed to flight attendants coming through the cabin a couple of times with water."

Výhody: "I like that I could book seats for my son and I in advance of check out We are both 6 foot 4 and leg room in Economy is tight I got us seat beside the emergency exit"
Nevýhody: "I found the extra cost exorbitant - OK I did pay it but for the two od us it was much more than I expected"

People should NOT be allowed to take soo much luggage into the cabin. In Prague it took more than 30 minutes to get our bags!!!!The WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED..."

Nevýhody: "Considering there were a couple of empty seats I don't see why I had to check my bag."
