I was put through 3 security checks when I already went through security in KTM. On the 3rd check my Dutyfree whiskey was taken from me because they would not let me take it in my carry on. They said I could take it if I checked my carry on bag (one backpack). My carry on has everything I need for a 16 hour flight. Plus, I had my very expensive camera gear in there too so I could not do this. This was unfair and Qatar needs to step up and return my Dutyfree whiskey and reimburse for the flight without TV. I will never suggest Qatar to anyone."

Around 17.45, they announced gate changing from B to A which located at opposite side of the the airport so all passengers run there because of everyone afraid that their booking might be canceled because no one agrees to give up. At both gates, many people try to jump in the queue which no staff comes in the manage the queue. During waiting on the board, the air condition seems to be closed, hard to breathe. Around 19.00, the plane took off the Zurich airport eventually, finish the 1.5 hours delay. The captain announced that it cause by the technical problem of the flight earlier but my thinking it cause from over-booking."

To go from Naples to Munich and then turn around and go to Zurich before the 10 hour trip to Tampa made no sense. Lousy routing and customer service. Eidelswiss apparently is a lower-end branch of Swiss Air. My airfare was as much as and more than my other friends who flew Delta, for instance. Flights on other airlines did not take 10 hours from Zurich to Tampa. I lost the ticket receipts and could not claim anything for the items I bought to try get through the two full days without luggage, even though the airlines has a record of the claim. Outrageous!!"

I had to cancel my trip because of COVID delta. My brother who I visiting got scared and didn’t want me to visit. I paid for insurance that you provided through your site. Allianz hidden in terms that canceling because of COVID fear isn’t covered. I was never offered insurance through delta on your site witch I would have bought. Delta isn’t even giving me a credit for a flight and keep my money. What a scam and I’m very disappointed in the services I received.

The crew was unwilling to help me find something else to eat and they were very rude. I am very disappointed of their customer service standards. I will not use Turkish Airlines again."

Instabul airport was the usual chaos, which does not add to the experience for transfers. Also: boarding started late and of course was not done and time and since we lost our slot we were further delayed taking off. That made the transfer time even less and the situation more stressful."

Nevýhody: "I come from a poor background and it's sad to see that in order to have first class it'll cost you more than what I make in almost 5-6 months just to have a little more comfort... I'm not a big fan of the comfort side of the plane. You only go back so far and if you have a middle seat like I did you have to try in sleep in an upright position practically looking forward. Extremely difficult and really uncomfortable. If it wasn't for the Cafine drinks and entertainment I would of probably gone crazy. Metaphorically speaking."
Výhody: "We got put up in a hotel near the airport, but after waiting for 4 hours at the gate, then 4 hours to get our bags again and find new flights. The crew were still kind, though clearly stressed."

Just to be honest and to take care of people
Check in agent in Budapest was terribly rude and sent us off to the side to "go call united" because "there was something wrong with our ticket." He wouldn't explain what was wrong so we didn't know what to tell United. After standing in a corner for more than 30 mins, another agent offered to help us. It turns out the only problem was that we hadn't completed our check in online, (which we couldn't because the app would not let us input the correct expiration date for our passports) ...and he just didn't want to have to put our information in himself. We could have missed our flight because of his laziness!!! He was also the only person in the whole airport NOT wearing a mask.

Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Nevýhody: "We paid extra to have a bassinet as we were traveling with a baby. The entire row (a family) behind us was very sick, coughing, sneezing, and blowing their noses the whole flight. As we were concerned for our daughters health, we asked the flight attendants if we could lmove to the bulkhead that was open at the front of the plane. They wanted to charge us $500 EACH to move, even though the seats were open. One of the flight attendants even commented how terrible it was for our baby to have a row of sick people behind us, yet they refused to move us. Fast forward, our daughter ended up getting sick during our trip to Florence, and now my husband is sick. As such, we’ve had to miss out on things during our vacation. It would not have been difficult to move us to empty seats in the front of the plane, so we could use the bassinet we paid for. This small gesture would have made our flight and our trip much better."

Nevýhody: "Wish there were individual air vents that could be used to help cool off those of us who were hot. Really did not like the hour we sat on the runway waiting for a gate at O'Hare. No entertainment, no bathrooms, no getting up to stretch our legs and it got hot. While not necessarily the airlines fault, it was a sour end to an otherwise good flight."

Výhody: "When my traveling companion suddenly became acutely ill the flight attendants stepped right in and assisted him to an available Business Class area where he could be cleaned up (including changing his soiled shirt to a clean one from the 1st Class supplies) and made more comfortable. They checked on him frequently during the rest of the flight and made arrangements to get us assistance off the airplane in Detroit and through the crowded airport in record time in order to get him to the ER as soon as possible. We are so grateful to them for their caring help during what could have been a very embarrassing situation."
