I ordered special meals on all the flights, and I was very satisfied. I have been a fan of Qatar Airways since I flew it to Australia in 2011. It continues to do a superb job, even in Economy."

I had to cancel my trip because of COVID delta. My brother who I visiting got scared and didn’t want me to visit. I paid for insurance that you provided through your site. Allianz hidden in terms that canceling because of COVID fear isn’t covered. I was never offered insurance through delta on your site witch I would have bought. Delta isn’t even giving me a credit for a flight and keep my money. What a scam and I’m very disappointed in the services I received.

The service was great and the whole process was smooth. My personal tv was not working so was bummed not to have the built in entertainment.
I couldn’t fit my bag under my seat— and the boarding process was super chaotic and disorganized
[ ] Chaotic is an understatement! I was flying from Helsinki to Los Angeles via Stockholm and eventhough I booked everything directly thru finnair, they gave me only 35 min to change planes that required crossing accross terminal 5 and going thru customs. I asked helped to different staff multiple times and no one cared. Finally when I made it to the gate the flight had been delayed because finnair did the same thing to other flights yet the app and website never updated. Finnair made several of us think we had missed our flight! [ ] Then when I got to the gate, the staff checked all of my documents again eventhough I had been checked in Finland less than 2 hrs before. If you fly with Finnair get ready for chaos. [ ] Messy online presence. Too many emails saying the same thing but hard to find relevant information (for example, I couldn't find any information about the trip from Stockholm to LAX) [ ] they provide the option to check in online and tag your bags at the airport but then have no bag drop line at some airports. [ ] Luggage information in Helsinki was never clear and caused us to step out and have to ring the doorbell to get our bags. It took forever for someone to open the door. [ ] Staff are careless about customer comfort. In rovaniemi, we had to board thru the tarmac and the attendants didn't care that people had to wait outdoor on freezing temperatures while the passengers were taking forever to put in their luggage and sit down. [ ] the only positive is that the airplanes are in good condition.

Nevýhody: "The Asian vegetarian meal is rice and chickpeas! Was not too bad but also my breakfast was more chickpeas and grilled zucchini. I never requested a "vegetarian breakfast" - feel bad wasting food like this. I sent the veg salad back opted for fruit salad croissant."

Nevýhody: "Plane was late leaving Helsinki due to broken latch, which made us late getting into Chicago. After landing we waited at least 45 minutes to get to a gate. It took at least 30 minutes to get off the plane and then getting through customs was a nightmare. Arrival board at O'Hare said plane was on time, but listed gate as 0, which of course doesn't exist so our ride home had no idea what was going on or what was taking so long and ended up waiting over three hours for us to get through everything to meet them."
Výhody: "I loved the colors of the flight.light blue and green. Gave a peaceful ambience. The flight attendants were very courteous and smiling. Especially the women flight attendants. The food was excellent. It was interesting that the flight from Helsinki to Chicago served a Indian style dinner comprising of lentils, rice and chickpeas. I liked that too, though I prefer the meditarranean fare. I liked the boarding as they were very strict about families with children and gave them priority before other passengers."
Nevýhody: "I did not find too many indian films which I would have liked, especially in a flight because Indian movies are 3 hours long and help to pass the time quickly :). I would have liked more variety in the Hollywood movies as well. They mostly had much older films and hardly any of the new releases while Emirates flight had lot many more new releases and oscar winning movies. They served the Indian amul cheese which is not worthy of serving on a flight, and they could have served some better cheese."

Due to this experience, I would like to have been notified ahead of time of the expected charges as it made me uneasy before a long flight."

Nevýhody: "When I got to Phl I missed my connection to London. No one seemed to care that I needed to be in England by the 18th. They kept retorting me to arrive in England on the 19th. I told them multiple times Id be flexible and go to any city in the UK just for them to get me there on the 18th. The First person I talked to said it was impossible. So I called again and talked to another person and all of a sudden it was possible. The worst part was they sent me to Boston after that I didn't get to Boston until 1:50 am and they did not compensate with hotel or anything while my flight to London was not until 8:00 am the next morning. So I spent the night in the airport. Oh and then when I finally got to London, my bag is lost and they told me I'd have it by tomorrow and I still do not have my bag and have called and they said they can't tell me anything."
Could not hear announcements from staff. Luggage in hold was delayed on both legs of trip.
Air France service was superb. The airline did their best to expedite the boarding process even with the constant changes of Covid19 guidelines
Nevýhody: "The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value."
Nevýhody: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."

Nevýhody: "The "Czech Airlines" flight I purchased was actually an Air France flight number. When I arrived later than planned but still within good time, which was my fault, I reported to the Czech Airlines check-in (D2). This is very, very far from the Air France check-in (A2). No person and no sign was at Czech Airlines gate saying to go to Air France instead. By the time I determined what to do by talking ro the airport information booth and I walked to Air France instead of Czech Airlines (at CDG airport this is 5 minutes walking very fast speed on conveyor belts.. perhaps more than half a kilometer), I was past the boarding time limit, but the flight had not yet left. Then I could not print the boaring pass because of the time. When I asked an Air France employee for help, he simply said "you cannot board" and stood there smugly. He must feel great being a 25 year old who can turn people away from international flights at his own discretion to completely ruin their day especially when the plane is still on the ground. I have not even explained yet about the similarly awful experience I had when I booked the next flight (Czech Airlines at 09:45) for a much higher price (118 euro) and was not told that this Czech Airlines flight is "really" a Czech Airline flight. After paying much more to a Czech Airline person, nobody informed me to stay at the Czech Airlines area (2D) so I naturally went back to Air France since I had already had so much trouble. When I arrived there, of course, they tell me to go back to Czech Airlines and now I was again late. Thank God that I was able to confront a random trolley man who Kew where the Czech Airlines people were and try tried very hard to get me to the plane even though the boarding time was over. All in all, this was the worst travel experience of my life. I have now wasted 40 more minutes of my approximately 2.5 days in Prague to tell you this. I hope you consider it."
